CLASS DESCRIPTIONS


Z.I.G. (Zone Improvement Group)

This class is the perfect combo of cardio, weights, and functional movement training.  All workouts are suitable for all ages and abilities as our certified trainers can modify movements to accommodate your ability. 


H.I.I.T.
(High Intensity Interval Training)

A dynamic workout that provides intervals of high intensity work, low intensity work, and rest!


Strength & Conditioning

A strength training class with the perfect touch of cardio.


Core

30 minute class targeted to work all your core stabilizing muscle groups; ABS, GLUTES & HIPS


Power Stretch

30 minute class designed to improve flexibility and mobility through movement.


Yoga

A blend of hatha and vinyasa yoga that works on poses, breath, and flow work. Yoga can help improve functional movement, balance, mindfulness, and pain caused by stress and tight muscles.  Beginners encouraged to come try a class!!! 


PERFORMANCE CLASS  

  • Each performance class will include workouts to improve speed, agility, and quickness along with overall power and strength.  These classes will also focus on injury prevention and recovery to help keep your athlete strong and healthy.  Athletes are grouped by age, maturity, and ability so everyone gets the best experience and most improvement.  Time to level up! 


OPEN GYM
 

  • Stay and play before or after class (Coach supervised free play time)


* STRENGTH TRAINING 101 * (REQUIRES AN ADDITIONAL FEE $199/MEMBER & $299/NON-MEMBER)

  • An 8 week strength training program designed for youth ages 13-18 to help teach the fundamentals of weight training and build confidence in the gym.  Coach Noah will emphasize the importance of proper technique, control and stability, and coordination.  Upon completion each athlete will have a starting foundation to build upon in the future.
